Buying Health Insurance

Posted by Administrator on 01 Mar 2008 | Tagged as: Guides

Health insurance will help protect you from high medical care costs. Company employees usually get health insurance policy through their employers. And in most cases, the employer helps pay for the insurance, and is often with a managed care plan at reduced costs.

Buying insurance your own usually costs higher than employer-based or group insurance. Some people after meeting certain requirements qualify for government health insurance, such as Medicare and Medicaid. The downside of not having health insurance is that you must pay your medical bills that might cost a lot, or depend on health care providers/organizations that donate care.
